audience:
Teens and adults disillusioned with faith due to modern cultural influences or to hypocrisy and abuse, sometimes at the
hands of the faithful. Atheists and agnostics welcome.
media:
Online sequential illustration and animation; print versions are derivative from the online media.
the walk away:
This story should raise questions about 3 key issues in the life of Joseph:
1. Keeping your identity in a world hostile to your values
2. Resolving conflicts between the world of the senses and the realm of the soul, between science and faith
3. Making hard choices, particularly concerning grace and forgiveness.
story line:
The story is told from the perspective of 2 teams - one of angels, the other of the fallen - assigned to strengthen or thwart
Joseph. These angels/demons are commanded by eternal enemies; the one team is lead by the archangel Michael, and the
other by his old adversary the Liar, fallen archangel Lucifer. The result of the spiritual warfare will enable Joseph to save a
great portion of the middle-east from starvation, as well as heal the rift in his own divided family, ensuring the survival of the
nation of Israel.
